Police Seize Suspected Stolen Items in Multiple Operations

St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, Wednesday, October 15, 2025

The Antigua and Barbuda police have seized a number of suspected stolen items, following a series of major operations conducted over the past 72 hours.

As part of a continuing crackdown on criminal activities, several coordinated search warrants were executed within multiple communities across the island.

During these operations, the police confiscated a large quantity of items, including garden and electrical tools, light fixtures, household items, and small electrical appliances.

Several individuals are currently being questioned by the police in connection with the seizures. Investigations are ongoing.

The police are appealing to members of the public who may have been victims of Break-ins and Larceny to contact the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) at 462-3913 or visit the office to assist in identifying and reclaiming their property.

The Police Administration continues to urge residents to properly secure their homes, businesses, and valuables, and to promptly report any suspicious activities to the nearest police station or by calling 911.
