Duo Being – Police are questioning two persons of interest in connection with the double homicide in Villa that left two teenagers dead.

The suspects, aged 19 and 24, remain in custody as investigators probe the shooting deaths of 17-year-old Omarie Lewis and 18-year-old Brianna Clarke, both of Hand Street.
Police said officers attached to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), Serious Crimes Unit, Forensic Evidence Recovery Unit, and the St John’s Police Station responded to a report of a shooting in the Villa area around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday.
Upon arrival, officers discovered both victims lying motionless and unresponsive outside their residence.
They were later pronounced dead by a medical doctor at 11:53 a.m. and 11:54 a.m. respectively. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
