Electors who apply to replace their expired Voter’s ID Card will be issued a Special Identification Card (special ID) at the Registration Units within the Constituencies on Thursday 30th April 2026 – Election Day.
Requirements Special Card General
The Registration Units will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. to facilitate this process. Electors are reminded that they must bring a passport-size photograph and a valid government-issued identification.
For electors with lost/stolen VALID Voter’s ID Card, the process to replace these cards will take place at our Headquaters in the David Shoul Building located on the Queen Elizabeth Highway (former US Embassy now Passport Office) on the 2nd floor.
Applicants should bring a validgovernment-issued identification and a passport-size photograph.
Please note that the Special ID document will be retained at the Polling Stations after use on Election Day.
