Blue Waters Resort & Spa employee Albev Wade has been awarded Employee of the Year at the 2025 Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Awards Gala.
Wade was praised for his professionalism, reliability and consistently high guest feedback, which organisers said set a benchmark for quality service across the national tourism sector.
The ABHTA described him as “a model of excellence” whose work reflects the standards the industry aims to uphold.
