Police deny reports of looting in Barbuda

PRESS RELEASE

It was brought to the attention of the Police Administration that former member of the BPM Trevor Walker, reported on the radio that looting is currently taking place in Barbuda.

The police command has no evidence or information to support such claims. A contingent of armed police and defence force members remain on duty in Barbuda.

The Police Administration is calling upon Mr. Trevor Walker to provide the relevant information to the police if he has knowledge of same.
