APUA asks for patience post Irma

September 15, 2017
in News

(RELEASE)

The APUA Telecoms Business Unit would like to provide the following updates
regarding its inet & landline service:

1) The passage of Hurricane Irma has also caused a large number of service
faults. We are currently working to resolve and repair all submitted reports.
Due to the precise nature of repairs, assessments will be conducted on an
individual basis. We respectfully request the continued patience of affected
customers as our crews continue daily repair work.

2) The APUA Telecoms Business Unit is focused on restoring normalcy to
existing customers who have experienced service disruptions. This has
adversely affected the rate of new inet & landline service installations. APUA
Telecoms would like thank all customers affected for their patience as we are
working to have all installations completed in the shortest time possible.
