The Antigua and Barbuda Airport Authority (ABAA) will be holding a Job Fair next Tuesday at the old terminal of the V.C. Bird International Airport.

The event will provide prospective candidates with an opportunity to gain a career in the rewarding and exciting aviation industry.

The Job Fair will run from 9 am until 3 pm, held under the theme “Connecting Talent to Opportunity.”

Among the departments where career opportunities are available are Customer Service, Information Technology, Maintenance, Operations and Security.

ABAA is seeking qualified individuals for various positions including Customer Service Representatives, IT Technicians, Airport Operations Centre Officers, Aviation Security Officers, Electricians, Plumbers, AC Technicians, Mobile Mechanics, and Grounds Technicians.

Applicants are required to bring a government-issued photo ID, copies of educational and professional certificates, a résumé, and proof of eligibility to work in Antigua and Barbuda. The Authority notes that having these documents at registration will help reduce processing delays.

Free parking will be available for registered participants in the long-term parking lot.
