Police acted quickly to a minor theft at a neighbourhood superette in Cooks Extension on Tuesday afternoon.
A man is reported to have taken a jar of hair perm worth EC$15 without paying. Officers were alerted soon after and intercepted the suspect, recovering the item.
Witnesses in the area were interviewed, and the man was taken to a nearby police station as investigations continue.
