A cold front moving across the Leeward Islands is causing unsettled weather in Antigua and Barbuda, forecasters have said.
Residents can expect scattered showers today, with rainfall totals estimated between 3 and 10 millimetres (0.12–0.40 inches). There is also a slight chance of thunderstorms, according to the latest meteorological update.
The Meteorological Office has assured the public that the system is expected to move out of the area within the next 24 hours, bringing a return to more settled conditions.
Authorities have advised residents to exercise caution during periods of heavy rain and to stay alert for local weather updates.
