In a statement, the Ministry described Mr. Carrott as a dedicated public servant whose years of service and positive spirit left a lasting impression on his colleagues and the wider health community.

“Mr. Carrott was a valued member of the Ministry of Health, remembered for his dedicated service and warm spirit,” the Ministry said. “We extend our deepest sympathies to his beloved wife, Mrs. Joan Carrott, former Permanent Secretary, and to the entire Carrott family during this time of mourning.”

The Ministry added that Mr. Carrott’s legacy of kindness and professionalism continues to inspire those who worked with him, noting that he carried out his duties with humility, compassion, and integrity.

As relatives, friends, and former colleagues gathered to celebrate his life, the Ministry offered prayers for strength and comfort to all mourning his loss.
