Police in Liberta are investigating an assault after a man was found injured in nearby bushes.
Officers responded to a report from a resident who heard cries for help and discovered the victim with head lacerations and bleeding. He told police he had been attacked during an altercation involving a sharp object and a stone.
The injured man was taken to the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre, where he was admitted for observation.
