Logos Hope Extends Antigua Stay, Departs November 19
The world’s largest floating bookstore is giving Antigua and Barbuda an extra day to step aboard.
MV Logos Hope has pushed back its departure from Nevis Pier to 11 p.m. on November 19, extending its stay by 24 hours after originally planning to leave on November 16.
The ship’s return marks its first visit to Antigua since 2017 and has drawn steady crowds eager to browse its vast collection of books and educational materials for children and adults.
Launched in 2009, Logos Hope has visited more than 100 ports across six continents and welcomed over nine million people. Its global route has taken it through Northern Europe, the Caribbean, Africa, the Arabian Peninsula, Asia, and Latin America.
Operated by GBA Ships, Logos Hope is the fourth vessel in a fleet that began in 1970 with the original Logos, followed by Doulos and Logos II.
The extended stay offers book lovers and curious visitors one more chance to explore the floating bookstore before it resumes its worldwide voyage.
