Police Arrest Suspect for Breaking into Ottos Comprehensive School
St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, Thursday, 13th November, 2025
Antigua and Barbuda Police have arrested a male suspect in connection with a reported break-in at the Ottos Comprehensive School.
Sometime around 3:45 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12, officers attached to the Criminal Investigations Department responded to a report of a break-in at the educational institution.
Upon arrival, investigators observed where the perpetrator gained access into the building and stole several items, including stationery.
The officers conducted a search in the area, and later apprehended a male suspect of Villa.
He was found carrying a bag with items suspected to have been stolen.
He was arrested on suspicion of Building Breaking and Larceny and transported to the St. John’s Police Station. Investigations are ongoing.
Police continue to urge members of the public to report suspicious activities and to assist in protecting schools and other vulnerable institutions.
