Skytiger Services Host Earth
According to a press release, the initiative – which is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to making a meaningful, long-term impact on the environment — will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The aim is to plant 50 trees while bringing together staff and members of the public in a collective effort to promote environmental sustainability and community engagement.
“We wanted to go beyond simply acknowledging Earth Day and instead take tangible action,” said Event Coordinator Kennassa Dinard. “Tree planting is a powerful way to give back to our environment while encouraging community participation and awareness.”
The activity will begin with a brief welcome and a demonstration led by a representative from the Environment Division, who will guide participants through proper tree planting techniques. The Botanical Gardens team will provide ongoing maintenance of the trees to ensure their long-term growth and sustainability.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend and participate. No prior experience is necessary, and participants are welcome to bring along gardening tools such as shovels and gloves to assist with the activity. Tools will also be available on site, and refreshments will be provided.
This initiative highlights the importance of collaboration in addressing environmental challenges and serves as a reminder that small, collective actions can lead to lasting change.
