Soca Villain does it twice, shares one

Soca Villain has captured both the groovy and the jumpy segments in the 2017 ECAB Jr Soca Monarch competition but will have to share his groovy crown with Empress after a tie.

Soca Villain said, “I didn’t expect to win the groovy crown but the jumpy I had that nailed down.”

The monarch says he doesn’t mind sharing his title with Empress.
