Ferris Earns Ifbb Pro
Antigua and Barbuda’s Jon Ferris has been offered an International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation (IFBB) Pro Card following a dominant performance in the Senior Men’s Physique at the Roger Boyce Barbados Classic and World Cup held in Barbados over the weekend.
Ferris was impressive on the stage, finished first in the overall category of the amateur show to become the country’s latest pro bodybuilder.
Tiffany Gordon also had an impressive showing, finishing second in the Masters Bikini up to 164cm while there was a third place finish for Jameel Knight in Classic physique. Chevaughn Ferris carried the country’s torch in Men’s Bodybuilding with a fourth-place finish while Jonte Barnes was fifth in Classic Physique.
Meanwhile, in the professional show veteran Steve Williams was the country’s highest finisher, claiming third place in Masters Bodybuilding. Tony Jacobs finished fifth in the final of the Men’s Physique while Jacobs and Brad Benjamin made it into the top 10 of the Men’s Physique.
Kala Francis and Kayla Joseph both made top 10 in the Bikini Wellness while Shaquelle Thomas was also in the top 10 competing in the Classic physique.
